About AXON

05

AXON is building the orchestration layer for the new, multi-rail financial system. It connects banking rails, payment networks, digital assets and compliance services through a single platform, giving banks, fintechs and businesses one operating layer to build, route, settle and control financial operations across markets, networks and rails. Institutions can add new rails, providers and markets without rebuilding their stack each time.

AXON is built for enterprises, banks, payment service providers (PSPs), electronic money institutions (EMIs), fintech companies and global businesses that need efficient cross-border payment and settlement capabilities. Banks and neobanks can launch and operate financial products across markets without rebuilding the underlying stack. Fintechs and payment companies can add providers, rails and markets through one operating layer.

AXON provides a single platform to orchestrate payments across multiple financial rails, helping financial institutions expand payment capabilities, improve operational efficiency and simplify cross-border transaction management. The platform plugs into existing infrastructure, so institutions keep their core systems, current providers and customer relationships. AXON coordinates the routing, settlement, compliance and liquidity work behind each transaction, which means adding a new rail or market no longer requires another point integration.

AXON supports businesses across fintech, financial services, e-commerce, marketplaces, enterprise payments, digital assets and any organization managing international payments or cross-border financial operations. If your team works with several payment providers, currencies or jurisdictions, AXON gives it one place to route, settle and control those flows.

AXON Pay enables businesses to accept fiat and cryptocurrency payments through a single payment experience. AXON Transfer focuses on orchestrating secure cross-border fund transfers and settlement between businesses, financial institutions and payment providers. Use AXON Pay to get paid by customers. Use AXON Transfer to move and settle high-value funds between counterparties. Both run on AXON's orchestration layer.

Orchestration & rails

06

Payment orchestration is the process of connecting multiple payment providers, banks and payment methods through a single platform. It allows businesses to optimize payment routing, improve acceptance rates and simplify payment operations, without integrating and maintaining each provider separately. AXON treats payment orchestration as the starting point and extends the same approach to settlement, compliance, liquidity and the rest of the transaction.

Financial orchestration goes beyond payments. It coordinates the entire transaction process, including payment routing, settlement, reconciliation, compliance, identity, liquidity, FX, custody, digital assets and banking infrastructure, allowing businesses to manage global financial operations more efficiently. The payment a customer sees is a small part of moving money. Financial orchestration brings the work behind it into one system the institution can operate and control.

AXON connects multiple financial networks into one platform, enabling businesses to send, receive and settle international payments more efficiently while reducing operational complexity and supporting different payment methods. AXON routes each transaction across the payment rails, banking partners and digital asset networks that fit its market, currency and regulatory context, so businesses access multiple financial services through one integration instead of relying on a single provider. Cross-border payments are one application of the platform. The same orchestration layer applies wherever money moves across more than one rail, provider or market.

AXON is designed to connect multiple payment rails, including traditional banking infrastructure, local payment networks and digital asset rails, giving businesses greater flexibility when moving money across borders. The platform is multi-rail by design and does not lock customers into a single bank, blockchain, stablecoin or card network. AXON selects rails according to the transaction, market and regulatory requirements, and the platform is built to add new rails as they emerge.

Stablecoins can provide faster settlement, lower transaction costs and greater availability compared to some traditional cross-border payment methods. Stablecoin networks settle around the clock, including weekends and bank holidays, while a traditional cross-border bank transfer can take two to five business days. Within AXON, stablecoins are one of several settlement options available, depending on the use case and regulatory requirements.

AXON integrates compliance into the payment workflow, helping businesses operate across different jurisdictions while supporting regulatory requirements and secure transaction processing. Jurisdiction-aware controls, identity verification (KYC and KYB) and transaction monitoring run inside the same flow that routes and settles each payment. AXON's Canadian entity is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business.

AXON Pay

05 Explore AXON Pay

AXON Pay is a payment platform that enables businesses to accept both fiat and cryptocurrency payments through a single checkout experience. It is designed for merchants, e-commerce businesses and global enterprises looking for flexible payment options. Customers choose how they pay, and the business runs fiat and crypto acceptance through one provider instead of combining separate card, bank and crypto processors.

AXON Pay is built for online merchants, freelancers, marketplaces and enterprises that want to simplify payment acceptance while supporting both traditional and digital currencies. Common use cases include online stores selling to international customers, B2B invoicing and salary payments to distributed global teams.

Yes. AXON Pay supports both fiat currencies and more than 1,100 cryptocurrencies through a unified payment gateway, allowing customers to choose their preferred payment method. With built-in fiat on-ramp and off-ramp, a customer can pay in crypto while the business receives fiat, or the other way round, depending on how the business wants to hold its funds.

AXON Pay simplifies payment acceptance, enables faster settlement, supports automatic currency conversion and helps businesses expand payment options without managing multiple providers. Volatility controls limit exposure to crypto price swings between payment and settlement, and built-in AML and KYC checks keep acceptance compliant as volumes grow.

Yes. AXON Pay is designed to integrate with websites and applications through APIs and plugins, making it easier for businesses to add crypto and fiat payment capabilities. Development teams can build custom checkout flows on the API, while plugins cover standard setups with less engineering work. Technical documentation is available in the AXON Docs.

AXON Transfer

05 Explore AXON Transfer

AXON Transfer is a platform for managing secure digital transactions with blockchain-based verification, helping businesses record, verify and settle high-value transactions with greater transparency. Each transfer comes with tamper-proof documentation and real-time tracking, so both parties can see the status of funds and the agreed terms at every stage.

AXON Transfer is designed for businesses handling high-value or cross-border transactions where security, documentation and trust between parties are essential. Typical users include companies paying overseas suppliers, luxury goods dealers, and buyers, sellers and agents in international property deals, where a single payment is large enough to justify verified counterparties and a complete paper trail.

Every transaction creates an immutable record on the blockchain, providing verifiable documentation and reducing the risk of disputes or fraud. Buyers, sellers and, where needed, their advisers or auditors all check the same record, which makes it faster to resolve questions about a payment. Fraud prevention checks run before funds move.

Yes. AXON Transfer supports cross-border transaction workflows by combining secure documentation, smart contract execution and flexible settlement options in fiat or crypto. Parties can agree terms up front, release funds once the agreed conditions are met, and settle in the fiat currency or digital asset that suits each side.

AXON Transfer is particularly suitable for high-value commerce, international business transactions and cross-border real estate transactions where proof, transparency and secure settlement are critical. In these deals, a delayed or disputed payment can hold up a shipment, a property handover or a closing date.
